The relevant registration information can be queried in the State Drug Administration. This means that Taienkang’s disposable medical masks hold legal medical device status in China, and are listed on the export whitelist according to Announcement No. 5.

On April 25, the Ministry of Commerce, together with the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration for Market Regulation, jointly issued Announcement No. 12 of 2020, urgently announcing the further strengthening of the export quality supervision of epidemic prevention materials and the strengthening of export quality supervision of non-medical masks. From the 26th, non-medical masks exported should meet Chinese quality standards or foreign quality standards. Subsequently, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice: enterprises producing anti-epidemic materials can apply to the local bureau of commerce to join the white list of the Ministry of Commerce, and submit relevant forms and supporting materials. After the announcement was issued, Taienkang responded immediately and submitted the application materials. On May 8, Taienkang successfully entered the white list of CE export masks of the Ministry of Commerce of China.

Taienkang has been continuously selected into the white list of Announcement No. 5 and Announcement No. 12, which means that Taienkang medical masks have been jointly recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the State Drug Administration. All exports have obtained legal qualifications, and the "double white list" is the recognition and trust of the country and the government, and it is also the responsibility of Taienkang.
